Application Process

 

1. Online application and résumé  

The first round will involve submitting an online application that requires responses to written questions and uploading a résumé

2. Phone interview with a member of the Scholarship Team  

After initial sifting, successful applicants will be invited for a motivation-based phone interview with a member of the Scholarship Team

3. Interview with the Scholarship Committee

In the third round, the Scholarship Committee, which includes the Summit’s Director of Development and an Advisory Board Member, will conduct a face-to-face interview to establish applicants’ knowledge of China and its role in international economics and affairs  

4. Formal Dinner with Summit Directors and Country Garden representatives

Final round applicants will be invited to a dinner with Summit Directors, Alexander Chen, and other Country Garden representatives to ensure that successful Scholars share similar goals and values to the programme’s supporters
